A Leadership Circle is a group of 4-6 women who desire significant personal growth, increased community & encouragement.
This experience is created to be a safe space that provides “life support” along with practical ideas for moving forward in important areas.
​
If you would like to increase your personal growth, build community, & exchange encouragement with other women,
consider joining a small circle! The relaxed setting with shared laughter and easy conversation
sets the stage for long-lasting community and deep-level engagement.

The Leadership Circle experience is designed much like a mastermind group and is a safe (and fun!) place
to consistently meet with like-minded ladies for discussion, coaching, brainstorming, Q&A, and so much more.

Leadership Circles are a 3-month (one quarter) commitment.
Quarters are: January-March, April-June, September-November
The meeting format is every other week for 60 minutes via Zoom.
The time includes a community time/brief follow-up, a group growth topic (provided ahead of time) and
a “Center of the Circle” experience for one member.
​
Center of the Circle is very similar to the Hot Seat in standard mastermind groups. Each member will be in the “center” of our discussion for a 20-minute slot on a rotating basis. During that time she will share with the group about an area that she wants to move forward in using questions received ahead of time. We will brainstorm with her, encourage her, answer questions that she has, and help her develop some practical next steps in the area that she has chosen to talk about. Don’t let this part scare you!!! This time has seriously become a favorite for current participants!! It’s incredibly beneficial and you’ll be looking forward to having your turn in our safe & judgement-free time together.

The cost is $35.00/month.

If you are a ministry leader, this expense is highly recommended to come from a budget line item for personal development and/or conference. If additional information would be helpful to present to a supervisor or budget committee for approval, please don’t hesitate to ask. This investment is a great deal for the returns both personally and for the church!!

If you are self-employed, this group coaching is likely a business expense. Just be sure to check with your accountant!
Billing is quarterly.

The VIP Leadership Circle Experience is $50.00/month .
This is a fabulous opportunity to go beyond the basic LC experience. For an additional $15/month, VIPs will receive a 30-minute individual coaching session with Joy each month which can serve as another time to focus on YOU and current areas you want to move forward in! I’m excited to offer this next level of Leadership Circle participation for those who want to go deeper and faster on their growth journey.
