Exhale Retreat

...a unique retreat for women in the midst of a challenging season of life

Has life thrown you a curve ball a time or two?

A person or a situation or a circumstance have you tied up in knots?

We all experience surprises in life that are less than pleasant.

As Christ-Followers, we know that God is fully aware and working and walking us through this time.

And, sometimes stepping away from daily life for a bit is exactly what we need.

You are invited to find a spot on your calendar to EXHALE!

At this unique retreat experience, up to 6 participants will enjoy a nicely paced combination of general sessions, an individual encouragement/coaching conversation with Joy, meals & laughter shared around the table and free time to use as desired.

The afternoon of Day 2 (the full day) includes an off-site activity, a meal out and games back at the house before retiring for the evening.

Topics for the three general sessions are: Permission to Grieve, Challenge to Grow, Encouragement to Love. Participants will be inspired and conclude with practical next steps from each session.

About Joy!
Joy is passionate about helping women grow their leadership in ministry, business & life. She does this through speaking, training, coaching and hosting unique retreats.

Prior to her ventures with Simply Joy, she served on a church staff for 15 years while homeschooling her boys through high school (and she thinks they turned out pretty normal!). She was a 3rd grade school teacher just before all of that.

She is married to a man who boldly and gracefully blended families with hers. It has been an exciting 20+ year adventure with many more years to come. From a devastating first marriage to being a single mom with 2 little boys to the blessed challenges of second marriage, Joy has lived her share of “curveballs” and is still smiling. She is looking forward to paths intersecting at the Exhale! Retreat and encouraging others on their journey.
