This experience is designed for women in all seasons of ministry … from newbies to veterans.  The general leadership sessions and individual conversations will be tailored to meet the needs of participants based on communication with Joy prior to the weekend.  The meals shared and time of relaxing will allow for community, lots of shared learning and plenty of laughter!

 

Each retreat experience is scheduled for 2 nights with a 10:00am arrival time through a 10:00am departure time. Some retreats allow for an additional night to be reserved for a small cost. That time is unscheduled and can be used however you like!

What is included in the Children's Ministry Leadership Retreat experience?

• 3 – 45 minute general sessions with all participants

• 30 minute individual coaching/strategy session

• Lots of hours of individual time to process info, relax and play!

• Time to focus on an area that you want to move faster in and brainstorm with the group for awesome feedback.

$395 regular shared space

$325 top bunk/shared space (only at some locations)

**shared space = shared room, NOT shared bed

$245 days-only option (full retreat experience without sleeping there & great for folks who live super close!)

Joy is a leadership specialist who is passionate about encouraging and equipping others to maximize their leadership potential in order to make the biggest impact in life & for the Kingdom. Prior to Simply Joy, she served on a church staff for 15 years where God used her to lead 200+ volunteers and a paid staff of 4.  Prior to that, she taught in a 3rd Grade public classroom for 7 years.
